How to Get Rid of Bunny Lines

Skin bunny lines, or nasolabial folds, are the wrinkles that run from the sides of your nose to the corners of your mouth. Free radicals are one of the main causes of wrinkles, so eating foods that are rich in antioxidants is a good way to help prevent them.

4. Use a retinoid cream or gel nightly before bedtime. Retinoids are derivatives of vitamin A and they work by increasing cell turnover, which helps diminish the appearance of wrinkles over time. You can find over-the-counter retinoids like retinol or prescription retinoids like tretinoin (Retin-A). Start with a lower concentration if you’re new to retinoids and increase as tolerated. Be sure to apply sunscreen in the morning since retinoids can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.

5. Get professional treatments like Botox injections or fillers done by a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist . If you want immediate results, professional treatments like Botox or fillers are your best bet. Botox works by temporarily paralyzing the muscles around the inject site, which smoothes out wrinkles caused by muscle contractions over time . There are many different types of fillers available , so be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist about which one is right for you . Professional treatments need to be done every 4-6 months , so they can be costly over time . But if you want immediate results , they may be worth the investment.

Skin bunny lines are common but there are ways to reduce their appearance such as using sunscreen daily, staying hydrated, eating antioxidant-rich foods, using retinoid creams nightly, and getting professional treatments done every 4-6 months . But remember, prevention is always better than cure so start using sunscreen now and avoid excessive sun exposure!
